The terms

1. 1.

   The Promoter

   The Promoter is [full legal company name], trading as Espana Sport, registered at [registered address], company number [number] ("the Promoter").

   Eligibility

   The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the draw. Entrants should be connected to a UK-based sports team, club or organisation capable of receiving the prize.

3. 3.

   No purchase necessary

   Entry is free. Entry is by completing the entry form with a valid email address. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

4. 4.

   Bonus entries

   Additional entries may be earned through optional social actions (following, tagging, referrals) as described on the entry page. These are optional and do not affect the free entry route.

5. 5.

   Opening and closing dates

   The draw opens at [time/date] and closes at 23:59 on 31 July 2026. Entries received after closing will not be counted.

6. 6.

   The Prize

   One winning entrant’s club will receive Joma-branded kit across three seasonal deliveries during the [2026/27] season, with a total value of up to £1,000 based on single-unit recommended retail prices (RRP): Drop 1 ([August 2026]): Joma playing kit; Drop 2 ([September 2026]): Joma sweatshirts; Drop 3 ([November/December 2026]): Joma rain jackets or winter coats. Exact products, quantities and sizes will be agreed between the Promoter and the winner, subject to stock availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

   Winner selection

   The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries, conducted under independent supervision (or via independently verifiable random selection software), within [7] days of the closing date.

   Winner notification

   The winner will be notified by email within [7] days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within [14] days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

   Publicity

   The winner’s club name and county will be made available on request and may be announced on the Promoter’s social channels. Participation in further publicity (photos, video of kit deliveries) is encouraged but optional and subject to separate written consent.

    Data protection

    Entry details are processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering, entrants who have given marketing consent will receive marketing emails from the Promoter and can unsubscribe at any time. Entry data will not be sold to third parties.

11. 11.

    General

    The Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost or delayed due to technical failure. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, TikTok or any social platform. By entering, entrants agree to these terms. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
