Three availability states
In stock - our own stock
Picked and dispatched from our UK stock in 2–4 working days. Order an in-stock line by 12:00 and choose next-day delivery (£7) to have it the next working day.
Available to order - from our supplier in Spain
We order these in from our supplier in Spain and deliver them in 7–10 days. You see the delivery estimate before you buy - no guessing, no silence.
Out of stock - notify me
We don’t sell what we can’t deliver. Out-of-stock sizes aren’t added to the basket - instead you can ask to be notified the moment they’re available again.
Most lines are currently made to order from our supplier in Spain (7–10 days) while we build up our own UK stock - so that’s the default delivery expectation you’ll see. The share of fast in-stock lines grows every week.
Delivery options
Free UK delivery over £150 - measured on your basket total after any discount, on standard and factory orders. The next-day premium is a genuine same-day-dispatch service and is never free.
How mixed orders ship
Orders ship complete - if your basket mixes in-stock and made-to-order items, the whole order is delivered together on the date of the longest lead-time item, with one tracking number. We show that date plainly before you pay.
